I have been blessed to be born and raised right here in North Idaho, and my family has called North Idaho their home for many generations. I have a deep connection to the area and its people. I love this area: all the seasons, the outdoors and the people.  The people are truly friendly here.   

I know the Idaho Panhandle like the back of my hand. I have been all over North Idaho and enjoy every season: From Snowboarding on one of our ski mountains, to hunting all over the panhandle, to fishing on a number of rivers or in one of our many lakes. You could say I have been down just about every back road and up every mountain and know the lakes and rivers too. As an avid lover of the outdoors I can honestly say, North Idaho is a paradise. 

Born Into Real Estate

I grew up in Rathdrum and born into a Real Estate family. Real Estate is in my blood.  My father, Rick Blizzard was a successful Realtor here in the Coeur d’Alene area for many years. My early memories are with my dad going to open houses or being at a model home. I remember him working tirelessly for his clients and stopping in to see them numerous times as we were heading here or there. He built a great and respected business with deep connections to local builders.    

It is my goal to build a successful and well-respected business following in my father’s footsteps and bringing to bear my connections to its people, its builders, this industry and this area for each and every client. It is my goal to become your trusted advisor and source for all things Real Estate!

Knowing this area like I do, I am able to help guide you with your Real Estate decisions toward the best area to individually suit you and your goals. With deep connections to folks in this area I am able to help you get connected here with whatever you need: from a local builder, to the right home, to the best fishing locations, or anything else.

With a background in customer service, many times working under very busy and stressful conditions, I am adept to working with clients to help them find the solution, get the answers, solve the problem, and bring success. I am the calm in the “Storm” even though I am a Blizzard. 

I work tirelessly for each and every client to help them achieve the very best for their individual set of needs. This is not a one size fits all business.
